Whether a business account fits what you actually do
Eight questions about how your organisation buys. The answer separates the free account from the paid membership layer on top of it — and it can tell you that neither is worth setting up yet.
What this tool will not do
- It will not show you prices. Amounts change, so the current numbers live on the official pages — this tool decides on structure.
- It will not give tax or accounting advice. Tax exemption and resale status are questions for the taxing authority and for Amazon's own programme, so the tool points at the official conditions surface and stops there.
- It will not tell you that your organisation qualifies for anything. It does not know, and it never asks for documentation or details.
- It will not push the paid membership onto a small need. That membership is raised only where Amazon's own plan boundaries put a team above its smallest tiers, or where several purchasing groups need what the account alone does not provide.
- It will not treat a cashback rate as a reason to buy. A reward on spending you would not otherwise make is not a saving.
- It will not recommend an account when one is not warranted. One of its answers is that neither the account nor the membership is worth setting up yet — and in that case it shows you no offer at all.
